SADO was founded in September 2001,by retired senior army officers to provide architectural, engineering, construction and maintenance services. This division is manned by qualified personnel supported by a very competent administrative staff comprising experts in the field of administration, finance, strategic management, corporate affairs, construction designs and engineering.
