Southern Africa Demining Operations (SADO) is a commercial company with 6divisions namely, Space Age, Agro Business, Landtail logistics, Mining, Demining and Civil Construction. SADO Builders and maintenance contractors, is a commercial demining company with a civil construction division established and registered in terms of the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. SADO was founded in September 2001,by retired senior army officers to provide architectural, engineering, construction and maintenance services. This division is manned by qualified personnel supported by a very competent administrative staff comprising experts in the field of administration, finance, strategic management, corporate affairs, construction designs and engineering.
Our strong growth has been as a result of
consistently delivering quality works both on
time and budget to a higher level of safety.
Over the years we have developed and
implemented an integrated management
system that ensures our work, health, safety,
quality and environmental obligations are
not only met but continue to be monitored
and improved upon.

As a result in April 2015 the status of SADO
B & M Contractors at Zimplats was upgraded
as we joined four other local companies
placed on the Local Enterprise Development
Program (LEDP). This means the company
now enjoys a new relationship with
ZIMPLATS. In this relationship, SADO is
placed on a sustained and closely monitored
capacity building program.
